Giving Tuesday 2026!

This season's Giving Tuesday, we're asking you to help us create! Generosity creates something invaluable for our students. We're raising $50,000 to support the creation happening throughout our branch this year. Tuition covers only a portion of costs each season, and the generosity of donors helps support the rest! Every gift helps CYT Phoenix create Christ-centered spaces where young people are known, challenged, encouraged to use their gifts with excellence, and continually reminded that their identity is rooted in something greater than applause. What will you help create through your generosity this Giving Tuesday?

Mission Statement

Christian Youth Theater develops character and creativity through quality theater arts training that brings families and communities together while reflecting Jesus.

Our Triple Threat

Culture: Our culture is vibrant, imaginative, inclusive, and uplifting. Though CYT may not be for everyone, everyone is invited and all are welcome.

Craft: We produce quality productions, classes, and camps holding a high standard of excellence in everything that we do.

Character: We look to the person of Jesus Christ as the perfect and ultimate example of character.  At CYT we want to grow in Christ-like character through all we do.  This is our foundation as an organization.

Something For Everyone

CYT offers classes for students ages 4-18 throughout the school year. Classes include drama, voice, dance, and behind-the-scenes training in makeup, costumes, tech, and more. Classes are held for two hours once a week and run for ten consecutive weeks in Fall, Winter, and Spring sessions. Class sizes are small and offer supervision both inside and outside the classroom. Each session culminates in a high-energy showcase to demonstrate to family, friends, and fellow students the skills acquired.

"I appreciate my daughter having an opportunity to explore the arts through a Christian worldview. It is a safe place for her to learn about & express who she is without pressure to socially compromise. We find the offerings to be vast, but this breadth doesn’t diminish the depth of the class or the detail & skill the kids learn." - Kayla Proano

"Seeing leaders help influence our girls in ways we sometimes can’t as their parents. It is so important to us to have a place like CYT where we know there are leaders who love the Lord and love our girls." - Kevin Huff
