Ballet Technique Intensive
Ages 8–12
Refine your strength, grace, and precision in this focused ballet intensive designed for dancers ready to elevate their technique and artistry.
Throughout this 10-week training experience, dancers will strengthen the foundational skills that support all styles of dance while developing greater control, alignment, flexibility, and musicality. Each class will focus on intentional technique training through barre work, center combinations, across-the-floor progressions, and performance quality exercises designed to help dancers grow in both discipline and confidence.
Students will work on:
  • Ballet terminology and classical technique
  • Proper alignment, posture, and placement
  • Strength, flexibility, and body control
  • Musicality and movement quality
  • Turns, extensions, and technical precision
  • Performance presence and artistry
  • Building healthy habits for long-term dance growth
Whether students are preparing for pointe work, strengthening their technical foundation, or looking to grow as versatile performers, this class offers focused training in one of the most essential disciplines of dance.
Strong technique creates confident dancers—and beautiful artistry begins with strong foundations.
