Worship Leading
Ages 13–18
Worship leading is more than singing songs—it is the art of leading people into the presence of God with humility, authenticity, and confidence.
In this class, students will explore both the heart and the practical skills behind effective worship leadership. Through vocal training, stage presence, devotional growth, and hands-on leadership exercises, students will learn what it means to lead a congregation with both musical excellence and servant-hearted character.
Students will work on:
- Vocal technique and healthy singing habits
- Leading confidently with a live band or track
- Stage presence and communication
- Harmony and ensemble singing
- Song interpretation and emotional connection
- Microphone technique and musical flow
- The spiritual responsibility and heart posture of a worship leader
This class will also focus on developing leadership, humility, preparation, and sensitivity to the people in the room—understanding that worship is not performance for attention, but leadership that points others toward Jesus.
Whether students are experienced singers or feel called to grow in worship ministry, this class is designed to strengthen both craft and character while equipping young leaders to serve with confidence and authenticity.
