CYT Phoenix Covid-19 Policies
Edited January 2022
Per Governor Ducey's Executive Order rescinding the mask requirements for K-12 schools on 04/19/21, CYT will be making masks optional and up to individual families discretion. Any students and adults who choose to wear a mask/face covering are welcome to do so.
JANUARY 2022: Due to the Omicron variant and the increase in cases, we encourage the use of masks at CYT Phoenix. While masking is still optional, we believe the reduced risk of interruption to students' activities by keeping everyone as well as possible is worth the consideration.
Illness Protocols for Families
Please don't send your child(ren) to CYT class if they aren't feeling well or if anyone in your household is experiencing the symptoms of COVID-19. If a household member is currently being tested for COVID-19 we request that your student(s) stay home from the studio until the test results are confirmed. If your student needs to take time away from class/rehearsals due to COVID-19, we will work with you on an appropriate plan for activities they can do at home until it is safe for them to return to the studio.
Guidance from the CDC and Arizona Department of Health changes regularly. Please use these current documents from the button below for more information on quarantine protocols.
