Tambra Lamb made her living as a professional Equity actress and singer for 15 years in New York and Atlanta before moving to the Phoenix area. She has toured in national productions with Dick Van Dyke and Morgan Fairchild in addition to many leading and supporting roles in plays and musicals at major regional theaters. After moving to Phoenix, Tambra originated the role of Mrs.Cratchitt in A Christmas Carol at Actor’s Theatre at the Herberger Theater Center and played Meg in Crimes of the Heart at the Phoenix Theatre. At this stage of life, however, she enjoys directing and teaching kids more than performing herself. She has served as the Director of Performing Arts at both Scottsdale Bible Church and at Valley Presbyterian Church.
Tambra brought CYT to the Phoenix area in 2005 and has directed 8 productions for CYT since then. She currently serves as the Artistic Director for CYT (Christian Youth Theater) of Phoenix .
